Retention periods: • Contact data: retained for three years after the end of a business relationship, for tax and legal audit purposes • Technical / usage data: retained for 12 months then automatically deleted or anonymized • Data required by law: retained for the minimum period required by local regulations You may request early deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How data flows

You control when your data is shared and with whom.

Third-party sharing

We share your data with third parties only in these situations: • Necessary service providers: e.g. email services (SendGrid), cloud storage (AWS/GCP), analytics tools (Google Analytics). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use data for agreed purposes. • Legal requirements: when required by a court order or government authority. We will comply and notify you unless prohibited by law. • Business transfers: if yushuo undergoes a merger or asset transfer, relevant data may be transferred; we will notify you in advance. Outside of the above, we do not share, trade, or disclose your data to any third party.

For a full list, see our Cookie Policy page.

Your rights

You have the following rights over personal data we hold about you.

Access

You may request a list of the data we hold about you, including its source, purpose, and retention period. We will respond within 30 days of your request, in PDF or structured data format.

Correction

If you find that data we hold is incorrect or outdated, you may request a correction. We will update it within 14 days of verification and notify any third parties with whom that data was previously shared.
